Patrick Dalessandro has joined the Array team as Vice President of Marketing. In this role, Patrick is responsible for planning, development and implementation of Array’s marketing strategies including: promotional plans, product development, growth strategies, marketing communications and public relations activities, both external and internal.

A strategic thinker and result-oriented executive, Patrick has fifteen years of progressive executive management experience in marketing, sales and operations planning; business development; management consulting; and financial management for both large and small-scale businesses. 
He has a proven track record of success in both the consulting and industry settings, launching new innovative marketing and business development programs, developing operations and marketing solutions, reducing costs and building, as well as leading, global teams at Fortune 500 companies.

Patrick’s career experience is diverse, as he has held executive roles in event and experiential marketing, retail, CPG, motorsports and even traditional agency environments. He consistently delivers strategic and tactical marketing plans that have resulted in significant cost savings, revenue generation and profit improvement.

Patrick has also had success internationally with marketing, sports management and business advisory firms. Broad scope responsibilities include: managing M&A planning and negotiating; sales forecasting; relationship building and maintenance; financial advising; and serving as an intermediary between stakeholders.

Most notably, Patrick was a Managing Director for Accenture in its Global Mobilization Practice, responsible for all business process outsourcing, in-sourcing and application outsourcing; client cost valuation and submission/pricing for North American, Europe and Asia Pacific; and the management of global client engagements for Fortune 100 corporations.

Patrick has a Bachelor of Arts Degree with a concentration in Communications and Business Management from the University of Toledo.
