Gold Toe, the third largest producer of socks in the US and a Gildan brand, debuted their new line of Gold Toe Golf socks at the 2016 PGA Merchandise Show. Closing deals in the fairways and celebrating victories in the clubhouse, Gold Toe Golf has the competitive edge with personality and style.
With a new name and new product line, Array also suggested that Gold Toe Golf receive a new mark. In keeping with the heritage of the established brand, a half moon shape was added to the Gold Toe mark — mirroring both the original brand and representative of a golf ball as well.
Originally created to gain placement into the Dicks chain, Gold Toe Golf packaging needed to be sleek and modern to reflect the trendy fashion of the socks themselves while still feeling athletic and performance driven. Small details like gold foiling add to the high quality appearance.
